What it costs
One price, quoted weekly, charged monthly. No fee at checkout, either side.
If you're renting
The weekly price on a listing is the whole price. It already includes our fee, so nothing is added when you pay.
Charges are monthly. The monthly amount is the weekly price multiplied by 52 and divided by 12 - so a $58 a week space is about $251 a month, every month, rather than a varying four- or five-week bill.
If you're hosting
You set a weekly price and you receive it in full. Our fee is a markup added to what the renter pays, not a deduction from what you're paid.
There are no listing fees and no monthly charges to host.
What isn't included
Insurance. We don't insure stored goods, and a host's home policy generally won't cover someone else's belongings. Renters should check their contents insurance covers goods kept away from home.
